Assembly Fitter : Telford, Shropshire
Up to A GBP 13.50 per hour (DOE)
45 hours per week : Overtime Available

We're recruiting a Assembly Fitter to join a well-established manufacturer in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that offers long-term career progression, regular overtime, and the chance to work on specialist vehicle builds.
What You'll Be Doing
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting components into vehicles
- Working from technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Using hand and power tools including drills and spanners
- Completing quality and production paperwork
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a skilled production team

What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, joinery, carpentry, woodworking, or fitting
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with woodworking equipment, band saws, nail guns, or CNC wood routing machinery would be advantageous
- Previous vehicle, campervan, commercial vehicle, or automotive fitting experience would be highly desirable
Hours And Benefits
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
- Overtime paid at time and a half after probation
- Internal progression opportunities available
