About The Role
Assembly Operative positions are available in Hampden Park through Pertemps Crawley Temps, paying between £15 and £17 per hour depending on shift. These full-time, ongoing temporary roles offer the possibility of permanent placement. Early, day, and late shift patterns are on offer.
Daily duties involve:
- Assembling electronic components or gauges, following precise instructions
- Quality-checking finished items
Candidates should be comfortable handling small parts. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, and soldering skills are an advantage. Those with hobbies like jewellery or model making may find the work particularly suited to their abilities.

We are recruiting Assembly Operatives for a manufacturing company in Eastbourne, with Early, Day and Late shift positions available.
This is an ongoing Temporary role with a potential to go permanent if all goes well.

Duties Include
- Assembling electronic components or gauges depending on your department
- Following assembly instructions
- Quality checking finished products
- Used to dealing with smaller components
Experience
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Soldering experience would be an advantage
- Have a hobby as a jewellery maker, model maker or similar
