💷 £12.71 per hour
🕒 Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
You’ll work a consistent 5-day monday - friday pattern:
We’re recruiting reliable Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing operation in Pucklechurch. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidates.
🔧 Your Duties Will Include
Industrial/Manufacturing (around 75–85%) The core responsibilities are production-focused:
- Assembling refrigeration units from existing designs.
- Following engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Fitting mechanical components.
- Using jib/gantry cranes to install compressors.
- Installing insulation (lagging).
- Maintaining quality standards and health & safety.
- Working to production schedules.

Technical Engineering (around 15–25%) There are some technical aspects:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Identifying discrepancies in drawings or components.
- Understanding mechanical assemblies.
- Working with refrigeration equipment.
- Carrying out testing/inspection (preferred experience).

- Previous Manufacturing or assembly operative roles preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
