Assembly Operative
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client’s busy team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent following a successful temporary period.
The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Your duties will include:
- Assembling components and products according to instructions.
- Using basic hand tools and equipment.
- Following production and assembly procedures.
- Checking completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Following all health and safety procedures.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Be comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks.
- Have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be physically capable of working in a production environment.
Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous, but full training may be provided for the right candidate.
