Company Overview:
Kinetic Recruitment is currently looking for Assembly Operatives to join a growing manufacturing business based in St Helens. The company is part of an established group specializing in equipment for telecoms networks and continues to grow year on year.
The Role:
- Assembling cabinets, panels, and components to technical drawings and specifications
- Using a range of hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Following assembly instructions, drawings, and production specifications
- Measuring and checking components throughout the assembly process
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects or issues
- Ensuring completed products meet the required quality standards
- Working to production targets and agreed timescales
- Safely moving components and finished products when required
- Reporting any equipment faults or problems to the Team Leader or Manager
- Maintaining a clean and organized working area
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements

Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on production environment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, or assembly instructions
- Experience using hand tools
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work to set specifications
- Comfortable working to production targets while maintaining quality
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and consistent approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Details:
- Salary: £24,804 per annum (£12.72 per hour)
- Job Type: Permanent
- Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 12:30pm
