Up to £12.71 per hour + Ongoing work, Rate increase after training

About the Role
Kinetic Recruitment is supporting a global engineering company with the recruitment of Experienced Assembly Operatives. With over 70 years of industry expertise, our client is a world leader in engine-boosting turbo systems. Although the Assembly Roles are temporary, there is the potential for long-term work.
Responsibilities
As the new Assembly Operative, you will:
- Assemble and disassemble turbochargers to high quality standards.
- Rotate across different production areas to broaden your skills and experience.
- Use hand tools and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Record production data accurately and work to production targets.
- Work safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive production team.

Requirements
To be considered for the Assembly role, you need:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (we may also consider candidates with transferable production experience).
- Experience using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work well within a team and meet production targets.
- Willing, able and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
- Strong awareness of health and safety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Working Hours 37 hours per week Mon to Thurs: 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm.
- Based in Handforth/Cheadle area.
