Kinetic Recruitment is recruiting Experienced Assembly Operatives to join a world-leading engineering manufacturer based in the Handforth/Cheadle area. With more than 70 years of engineering expertise, our client is a global leader in engine-boosting turbo systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, professional manufacturing environment where you can build your skills, gain valuable experience and potentially secure long-term work.

What will you be doing?
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play an important role in the production process, working on high-quality turbo systems. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Assembling and disassembling turbochargers.
- Using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.
- Following technical drawings, work instructions and production processes.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.
- Rotating across different production areas, giving you the opportunity to develop a wider range of skills.
- Recording production information accurately.
- Working towards production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
- Working as part of a supportive and experienced production team
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates who have previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience. You will ideally have:
- Experience using hand tools, such as drills and screwdrivers.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of health and safety.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability and willingness to carry out manual handling duties.
- Experience working to production targets would be advantageous.
