In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Carrying out machining and assembly of products in line with standard operating procedures and relevant standards.
- Carrying out testing of products to specified product methods and in line with standards and health and safety requirements.
- Ensuring sales order requirements are interpreted correctly.
- Collaborating closely with your team leader and other personnel such as Engineering and Quality team members on quality issues arising from manufacturing.
- Ensuring that all tools/machines used are fit for purpose and reporting any problems to Supervision.
- Recommending and carrying out any improvements in line with the company’s continuous improvement program.
- Working at all times within Health and Safety guidelines, including the accurate use of PPE.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date production records.
- Showing flexibility and working in other parts of the production areas as required.
- Taking an active role in Perfect Execution activities where required.
- Being aware of and following all company policies and procedures in carrying out the role.

Who You Are:
- You have the capability to efficiently and accurately handle complex tasks.
- You are self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- To be time-served (successfully completed a Level 3 apprenticeship) within an Engineering environment.
- Have attention to detail.
- Be quality-focused.
- Be flexible and adaptable for potential cross-functional training.
- Have basic IT skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Prior experience of valve assembly would be desirable but not essential.
