About Us

The Role
We're looking for a reliable, practical Assembly Technician to join our busy production team. In this role, you'll be on the tools every day, assembling high-quality products, reading production sheets, and using equipment like drills, torque wrenches, and measuring tools.
We need someone who takes genuine pride in their work—someone with a keen eye for detail who can spot minor defects, solve everyday build issues, and keep things moving on schedule.
You'll have the independence to get on with your work, but you'll also be part of a supportive team that steps in to help each other out with packing and general workshop tasks whenever needed.
If you have solid assembly experience, enjoy working with your hands, and prefer an honest day's work in a practical environment, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
