Assembly Operative
Join a growing international engineering and manufacturing business
Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking to recruit an additional Assembly Operative to join our team at our UK Head Office and Manufacturing facility. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in mechanical or electronic assembly, although full training will be provided for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to develop their skills and build a long-term career with us.
As a leading international manufacturer of high-quality instrumentation, we pride ourselves on designing and producing innovative products for customers around the world. Our recently refurbished headquarters brings together our office, assembly, production, and stores operations, providing a modern and collaborative working environment.
The Role
Working as part of our Assembly team, you will be involved in the assembly of a wide range of mechanical and electronic instrumentation products. You will work from engineering drawings and assembly instructions, using hand tools and equipment to build products to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will also include carrying out basic testing and inspection activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and delivered on time. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied range of products while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills.
What We're Looking For
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience within an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Is comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Can read and follow assembly drawings and production instructions, or is willing to learn.
- Has good PC skills and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work and contributing to a successful team.
