We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Time and Recovery (STR) Worker to join our Adult Community Mental Health Team. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with people experiencing mental health difficulties, helping them build confidence, develop independence, and achieve meaningful recovery goals.

- You'll support individuals in their own homes, within the community, and during transitions from inpatient services back into everyday life.
- Working as part of a friendly multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in helping people regain control, improve their wellbeing, and access the support they need to live fulfilling lives.

Requirements:
- You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to travel within the community.
- You must be able to work across a 24/7 shift pattern as required including weekends and nights.
- Experience working in a Community Mental Health Service would be an advantage but isn't essential.
