Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for an Assessment Experience Coordinator (Candidate Management) to join its Early Talent Recruitment team. This role will support the Experience and Assessment function by creating an outstanding candidate journey from application through to start date. The successful candidate will coordinate Graduate, Internship, and Apprentice interviews, manage first- and final-stage assessment logistics, support candidate communications, and ensure interviewers, assessors, and guest speakers have everything needed for each session to run seamlessly.

What you will do

  • Schedule and coordinate first- and final-stage interviews, managing all logistics to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.

  • Reschedule interviews as required and proactively manage interviewer availability to minimise disruption to recruitment timelines.
  • Make job offers and issue employment contracts in line with established recruitment processes.
  • Manage candidate communications and queries throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay informed of business updates and external changes that may impact recruitment, including visa requirements and GDPR.
  • Manage the online digital chat platform and connect candidates with the business on topics including diversity, networking, and technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
