Assessment Officers x 10 (Interviewing & Candidate Assessment) - SC Clearable
Remote Working (UK Based)
£200 per day
12 Month Rolling Contract
Are you an experienced recruiter, assessor, interviewer, contact centre leader, or people-focused professional looking for a fully remote role where you can develop specialist assessment skills?
We're supporting a growing organisation that delivers online assessment centres for some of the UK's largest Government and public sector departments. Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire Assessment Officers to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist assessment and selection skills while working on recruitment campaigns that help place thousands of people into essential public sector roles each year.

The Role
- Deliver live online interviews, assessments, and role play exercises
- Assess candidates against behavioural and strengths-based frameworks
- Record assessment outcomes accurately and objectively
- Support candidates throughout the assessment process
- Ensure a fair, professional, and consistent candidate experience
- Work across multiple digital platforms while maintaining excellent attention to detail
You'll Ideally Come From a Background In
- Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- HR or People Services
- Assessment Centres
- Interviewing and Selection
- Resourcing or Workforce Planning
- Learning & Development
- Contact Centre Team Leadership
- Contact Centre Operations Management
- Quality Assurance, Coaching, or Training
- Other people-focused positions involving interviewing, assessment, or performance management
