This role will help us to do this by providing coordinated planning, administration and data support to the Building Safety Team and wider Asset Management functions.
You'll play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of asset, building safety and customer-focused services by planning operative and surveyor activity, raising and monitoring orders, maintaining accurate systems and records, processing service information, and ensuring colleagues, contractors and customers receive timely updates.

A key focus of the role is to keep work moving efficiently through strong diary management, accurate data handling, clear communication and responsive customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan work into operatives', surveyors' and specialist colleagues' diaries using relevant systems, including PDA and scheduling tools, and arrange follow-on jobs where required.
- Raise, process and monitor orders, and purchase requests in line with agreed authorisation levels, ensuring accurate information is available for reporting and service delivery.
- Maintain asset, contractor, customer and job records across relevant ICT systems, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and recorded in line with service requirements.
- Liaise with customers, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders to arrange appointments, provide service updates, resolve queries and support a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- General knowledge/experience of IT usage
- Experience of managing and maintaining asset related data linked to service delivery provision
- Experience providing administrative support to a building safety team/function
- IT literate including Microsoft Office 365
- Admin and data processing skills
