Job overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Valeter to join our small team within our Ipswich depot, where you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, prepared, and presented to the highest standard at our AAG Ipswich site. You will also support the smooth operation of the fleet by checking vehicles In and Out, completing relevant documentation, and updating internal systems accurately.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes extreme pride in their work, values quality, and is keen to build a long-term career within a reputable and supportive business.
Responsibilities
- Support all areas of the rental, sales and contract hire business with valeting requirements
- Assist with keeping the sales area clean and presentable
- Support the marketing team with displays and photo preparation as / when required
- Carry out on the job training as required.
- Support other areas of the business as and when required
- Ensure any relevant documentation is completed, filed correctly and up to date.
- Present and clean vehicles
- Preparation of vehicles for customer
- Vehicle presentation and display
