Asset and Building Safety Manager
Asset and Building Safety Manager vacancy for a housing provider in the West Midlands.
The role will be to lead asset management, compliance, and planned works across a varied housing stock.
Ideally you will have a HNC / BSc in building surveying and have worked with the housing sector.

The duties will include:
- Implement and delivery of asset strategy across the portfolio
- Lead the compliance and building safety team ensuring all relevant legislation
- Work as part of the wider senior assets team
- Oversee contractors on the delivery of planned works programmes
- Understand contract law
- Development of specifications of works
