We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Heating team within Asset Compliance. You will provide essential administrative support to help ensure Southern Housing meets its legal and regulatory compliance requirements while maintaining our HEART values. This role is offered on Fixed Term Basis/Secondment until 8th of November 2027.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate appointments with residents, contractors, and colleagues
- Raise and manage jobs across compliance systems
- Monitor compliance inboxes and respond to enquiries
- Process compliance certificates, documentation, and data accurately
- Arrange works and follow up to obtain completion evidence
- Support meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Maintain accurate records across multiple databases
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Support continuous improvement and quality assurance activities

This role is based in our Sittingbourne office and offers hybrid working as agreed with your Line Manager.
What you'll bring:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work collaboratively with stakeholders
