Asset & Compliance Manager
£68,272 to £71,794 (EVH Grade 9)
Permanent, 35 hours per week
We are delighted to be advertising the role of Asset & Compliance Manager, a key leadership position that is vital in the provision of quality homes. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team that ensures our homes remain safe, warm, efficient, and welcoming for our tenants.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant professional qualification, degree-level qualification or equivalent senior experience in asset management, property, construction, surveying, housing, compliance, landlord health and safety or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in a property, asset management, compliance, repairs, maintenance, construction, housing, facilities management or regulated service environment.
- Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills, with the ability to set direction, build confidence, manage performance and create a positive team culture.
- Experience of using asset, compliance, stock condition, repairs, customer, contractor or performance information to inform decisions, assurance, improvement and service planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, evidence, performance information, financial information and customer insight to identify risks, trends and improvement actions.

Reporting to the Director of Property & Development
- Provide senior leadership for the Asset and Compliance team, ensuring safe, compliant, well-maintained homes and strong landlord health and safety assurance across Clyde Valley Group’s homes and related assets.
- Lead the strategic use of stock condition information, EPC data, repairs trends, compliance evidence, customer insight and lifecycle intelligence to inform investment decisions and long-term asset planning.
- Drive a strong culture of compliance, safety, accountability, assurance and evidence-led decision making across the team and wider organisation.
- Provide positive, visible and supportive leadership to the Asset and Compliance team, creating a high-performing culture focused on accountability, learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee compliance programme management to ensure inspections, servicing, certification, remedial actions and evidence are completed within required timescales.
- Use stock condition information, EPC data, lifecycle intelligence, customer insight and compliance evidence to identify homes, components or archetypes that should be prioritised for investment, retrofit or further technical review.
- Own the quality and strategic use of stock condition intelligence, ensuring data supports 30-year investment planning, component renewal, lifecycle forecasting, budget planning and option appraisal.
