About Us
Automotivate Group provides commercial vehicle sourcing, bespoke conversions and fitouts, and fleet management, alongside FCA-regulated leasing and finance solutions. Following our acquisition by Trek-Group in 2025, we're expanding our asset finance capability to support both our own vehicle sales and the wider Trek group of companies — offering funding solutions that go beyond what pure van broker competitors can provide.
Role Purpose
We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Asset Finance Manager to grow our motor and plant finance offering to SME businesses. This role sits at the heart of our commercial proposition — supporting Automotivate's own vehicle sales pipeline while also developing funding routes to market across the wider Trek group and its franchise partner network. Deep technical finance knowledge is not a prerequisite — we'll provide product and funder training. What matters most is a proactive, tenacious approach, genuine comfort operating in B2B environments, and the drive to build and maintain relationships with funders, brokers, and franchise partners alike.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
