Summary
We are looking for a vibrant and confident individual to join our asset management team. The role will include various different factors which include speaking to different professionals and customers. The right individual will have some basic IT knowledge and be keen to learn.
Wage: £17,680 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age
Training course: Business administrator (level 3)
Hours: One week will be 8.00am - 5.00pm and the other week will be 9.00am - 6.00pm on a rota basis. 42.5 hour week (for 18 years and over). The apprentice hours will be reduced for 16-18 year olds.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Your duties will include:
- Planning work schedule for outbound staff
- Booking in compliance certificates prior to expiry dates
- Receiving and making calls to guests to book in attendance
- Liaising with landlords regarding repairs and assisting with appointments required at properties
- Complete void checklist sign offs with staff to ensure properties are ready to let
- Filtering through our system, ensuring jobs are dealt with in a correct manner and closed when successfully completed.

What you'll learn
Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:
- Write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
- Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
- Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
- Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
- Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
- Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work.
- Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures.
- Coaches others in the processes required to complete these tasks.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement.
- Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way.
- Seeks advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and challenge appropriately.
- Becomes a role model to peers and team members, developing coaching skills as they gain area knowledge.
- Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms.
- Uses the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively.

Training schedule
For this Apprenticeship Standard, learners will have the opportunity to give focus on the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard that will allow for good business acumen, decision making and the understanding of tools and techniques in relation to time and project management.
The completion of this Apprenticeship Standard will require monthly training visits from a qualified IPS Trainer to help support the Apprentice. This will allow them to develop skills and progress the building of the Apprentice portfolio to prepare the learner for End Point Assessment. Delivery is primarily carried out through remote visits, but the trainer will visit the learner’s workplace quarterly and at the start of training to allow for a good working relationship between all parties for smooth delivery of the Standard.

Requirements
Essential qualifications
- GCSE in: at least 5 including Maths and English (grade 4/C and above)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

We are looking for an apprentice to join the team and become employed by Paramount following successful completion. We are looking for someone we can invest in and can grow with the company as we are expanding every year. The right individual will be given opportunities to complete further CIH courses during full time employment.
