Role Description

The Asset Management Analyst is a full-time hybrid position based in Canary Wharf London, United Kingdom. This role supports the asset management team in monitoring portfolio performance, preparing financial and operational reports, and analyzing property-level and portfolio-level metrics. The analyst will help coordinate information between internal teams and external partners, contribute to presentations and investor materials, and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role requires close collaboration with senior asset managers to identify value-creation opportunities and ensure accurate, timely reporting on all assigned assets.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial modeling, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Experience or knowledge in asset management and investments, preferably within real estate or related sectors.
  • IT asset management and general technology literacy to work efficiently with asset management systems and data tools.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a concise, accessible manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with real estate analytics or portfolio management software is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in European and U.S. real estate markets and willingness to learn Ironwood’s investment and asset management approach.
