Want to be part of something people experience every day? We’re looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our Asset Management & Investment team.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the performance, strategy and long-term value creation of some of our most important retail destinations within a fast-moving, collaborative and commercially focused environment.

You’ll be close to the action, working with teams across Asset Management, Leasing, Shopping Centre Management, Speciality Leasing, Development, Finance and external partners, and you’ll have the chance to make a visible impact across our UK portfolio.

If you enjoy analysis, working with great people and helping turn strategy into action, we’d love to hear from you.

Why this role matters

Our Asset Management & Investment team is responsible for defining the short and long-term vision and strategy for our assets, working closely with teams across the business to drive performance, value and customer experience.

As Asset Management Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of key asset management activity, helping prepare analysis, coordinate business planning and contribute to decisions that shape the future of our destinations. You’ll work closely with the Head of Asset Management and the wider Asset Management team, gaining exposure to commercial strategy, leasing activity, valuation, financial planning, operational performance and investment opportunities.

This is a role with clear development potential, giving you the opportunity to build strong foundations and progress within the Asset Management team.

What you’ll be getting involved in

No two days will look exactly the same, but you’ll spend your time:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of the 5-year business plan, coordinating input from teams across the business
  • Working with the Head of Asset Management on annual ERV assessments and asset performance analysis
  • Reviewing leasing deals and assessing their impact on Net Rental Income, cash flow and asset valuation
  • Supporting valuation cycles, quarterly financial closings and the validation of leasing and operational assumptions
  • Preparing analysis on NRI growth, cash flow priorities, OPEX and CAPEX budgets
  • Identifying opportunities for value creation across the asset
  • Supporting project delivery by working closely with Leasing, Shopping Centre Management and other key stakeholders
  • Assessing deal structures and KPIs such as like-for-like Net Rental Income, Return on Capital Employed and asset Internal Rate of Return
  • Preparing presentations, meeting materials, minutes, lease and contract assessments, OCR analysis and other asset management outputs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders connected to the asset
  • Working closely with the Property team, both internally and through external providers
  • Contributing to improved processes, tools and ways of working across the team
  • Supporting graduates and junior colleagues where appropriate

From time to time, you may also support investment and divestment activity, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
