A leading global real estate private equity investor is seeking an Associate to join its European Asset Management team in London.
With a substantial portfolio spanning multiple asset classes, geographies and investment strategies, the firm invests across direct real estate, operating platforms, corporate transactions and development opportunities throughout Europe. The business is recognised as one of the most active and sophisticated real estate investors globally, with a highly entrepreneurial and performance-driven culture.
This is a highly analytical, investment-focused asset management role offering exposure to complex value creation initiatives across a diverse pan-European portfolio. Working closely with senior asset management and investment professionals, the successful candidate will take ownership of business plan execution, financial analysis and strategic initiatives designed to maximise value throughout the investment lifecycle.
The role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong combination of technical modelling capability, commercial judgement and real estate investment acumen.

- Drive execution of asset-level and platform-level business plans across a pan-European real estate portfolio
- Build, maintain and enhance sophisticated financial models covering asset management, development, portfolio and corporate-level analyses
- Evaluate leasing, operational, capital expenditure, redevelopment and repositioning initiatives to maximise investment performance
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions
- Lead financial analysis relating to refinancings, restructurings, recapitalisations and disposal processes
- Work closely with operating partners, lenders, joint venture partners and external advisors
- Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews and strategic recommendations for senior management
- Support execution of development and asset repositioning projects from underwriting through delivery
- Analyse market dynamics, portfolio strategy and investment performance across European markets
- Participate in negotiations relating to leases, financing arrangements, joint ventures and transaction documentation
Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience within real estate private equity, asset management, acquisitions, investment banking, real estate advisory or a related investment environment
- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical capabilities; able to build and interrogate complex models independently
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation, cash flow analysis, development underwriting and capital structures
- Experience executing business plans and driving operational and financial performance at asset level
- Demonstrated interest in pan-European real estate investing across multiple sectors
- Strong academic background from a leading university
- Commercially minded, intellectually curious and highly detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- European language skills are beneficial but not essential
