Asset Management Lawyer – 2–6 PQE
We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an Associate to join its highly regarded Asset Management practice in London.
The team is looking to recruit at the 2–6 PQE level and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for an impressive international client base, including leading asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions.
The successful candidate will advise across a broad range of asset management and investment funds matters, gaining exposure to complex and high-value work within a well-established practice. The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

The Candidate
The firm is interested in speaking with associates who can demonstrate:
- Approximately 2–6 years’ PQE within asset management, investment funds or a closely related practice
- Training and post-qualification experience gained at a leading City, international, US or comparable firm
- Experience advising sophisticated asset management and investment funds clients
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
- The ability to manage matters effectively and work collaboratively within a high-performing team
