4-month contract role with a local authority

Summary

This 4-month contract role with a local authority is designed to enhance the value of the CX Asset Management solution. The position involves close collaboration with Housing, ICT, contractors, and external partners to support informed decision-making across the housing service. The role is crucial for optimising asset management processes and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, support, and optimisation of Civica CX Asset Management.
  • Manage and enhance housing asset management processes, including:
    • Asset data and datasheets
    • SAVA Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) information
    • Stock condition data
    • Mobile asset management functionality
    • Planned and completed works
    • Planned maintenance programmes
    • Equipment management
  • Ensure housing asset data remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with organisational requirements.
  • Support Decent Homes compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Contribute to forecasting, lifecycle planning, and compliance management activities.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports using SSRS and SQL.
  • Produce management information and business intelligence dashboards using Power BI.
  • Support system integrations and interfaces between CX and third-party applications.

Requirements

  • Essential Experience Required: Extensive experience supporting and administering Civica CX Asset Management within a social housing environment.
  • Essential Qualifications Required: Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience in ICT, Information Systems, Housing Management, Asset Management, or a related discipline.

  • Working Hours: Part-time
  • Location: Remote (with occasional onsite attendance as required)
  • Contract: 4 Months
  • Working Pattern: Part-Time, 2 Days per Week
  • Rate: £500–£650 per day Umbrella (Dependent on Experience)
  • IR35 Status: Inside IR35
