Asset Manager | UK Real Estate | London
Join a high-calibre, fast-growing investment team backing differentiated UK real assets — real estate, infrastructure and clean energy — with a current focus on UK logistics and industrial platforms.
Why join:
- A team with a genuine track record — the leadership has transacted on £2.5bn+ across cycles, building platforms that have gone on to institutional and blue-chip ownership.
- A varied, opportunistic investment strategy spanning logistics, clean energy and infrastructure — right now, most active in UK logistics and industrial.
- This is a newly created role. You won't be backfilling anyone — you'll have real scope to shape it and make your mark early.
- A rare balance: well-capitalised, with institutional co-investment partners and a strong track record behind it — yet still early-stage enough that high performers progress fast and are rewarded well, including future carry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
