We are working on behalf of a specialist real estate advisory and asset management business that partners with institutional investors, family offices and private capital to maximise performance across living sector investments.

With a growing client base and increasing instructions across the BTR, PBSA and wider residential sectors, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Operational Asset Management Consultant to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic advice and asset performance improvement programmes.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operational asset management professional to join an entrepreneurial and highly respected platform, combining hands on advisory work with strategic client engagement across a diverse portfolio of assets.

The Role

This position sits at the intersection of operational asset management and consultancy. The successful candidate will work directly with investors, operators and asset owners, providing expert advice on operational performance, business planning and value creation opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
