A leading facilities management provider is looking for an Asset Manager to support asset information, compliance and lifecycle management across a growing portfolio of FM contracts.

This is a mobile, hybrid role offering significant autonomy, combining asset data governance with technical surveys, contract mobilisation and lifecycle planning. The main office is in Central London, with regular national travel required.
The Role
As The Asset Manager, You'll
- Maintain accurate asset registers and PPM data across CAFM/EAM systems.
- Complete asset verification, condition surveys, thermal imaging and SPOF assessments.
- Develop lifecycle replacement strategies, critical spares and remedial work proposals.
- Support contract mobilisations, establishing compliant asset data and maintenance programmes.
- Conduct technical compliance audits and improve asset data quality and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients and operational teams across the UK.

About You
To Be Successful As The Asset Manager, You'll Have
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification, ideally HNC/HND level or equivalent.
- Experience within Hard FM, building services or technical asset management.
- Strong knowledge of PPM, asset lifecycle management and CAFM/EAM systems.
- Experience supporting contract mobilisations or technical project delivery.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Essential: Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally. IBM Maximo experience is highly desirable, while experience with Concept Evolution, Planon, Archibus, SAP PM or Infor EAM would also be advantageous.
