Asset Manager | London Commercial Real Estate
I'm working with a private real estate investment and development business on an Asset Manager hire. The business has built a strong track record across Central and Greater London, investing across offices, mixed-use, hospitality, and retail assets. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a Central London portfolio, working closely with an experienced senior team on active leasing, refurbishment, and repositioning strategies. The successful candidate will have genuine responsibility for driving business plans, influencing investment decisions, and creating value across the assets.

- Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to investment strategy
- Active refurbishment, repositioning, and development projects across the portfolio
- Small, entrepreneurial team with high visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact
- £65,000 – £80,000 plus bonus and package

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
