ASSET MANAGER AND DEALS PROCESSOR
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Asset Manager & Deals Processor, to support managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and shopping centre units.
This is a hands-on, busy role, requiring excellent communication, strong organisation and a real sense of ownership. You will work with everyone from tenants, contractors and agents to solicitors and senior leadership, while ensuring leasing transactions and key asset management activities progress efficiently.
A key focus will be driving leasing deals from Heads of Terms through to legal completion, alongside managing lease events, voids, renewals and rent reviews.
Office location: Richmond, London (Minimum of 4 days required in the office)
Flexible working options - 32hrs per week or 40hrs per week.
Salary: to be confirmed upon application
Holiday and Benefits: 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays - Pension contribution, and healthcare package – Travel expenses will be covered

Reporting to: Director and Head of Investment
Responsibilities:
- Drive leasing deals from Heads of Terms to legal stage, proactively following up with all parties to prevent delays.
- Manage upcoming lease expiries, break dates, surrenders and lease restructures, engaging with tenants early regarding renewals and future plans.
- Support with market rent reviews and negotiations.
- Take ownership of pre-void and void units, ensuring clear actions and systems kept up to date.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, agents, solicitors, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate weekly and monthly reporting and provide clear updates on transactions, lease events, risks and opportunities.
- Keep on top of admin and processes, and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Keep systems including Monday.com and Re-Leased accurate and up to date where relevant.
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree or qualification in a property related field
- Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) (Desired but not essential)
- Strong background in commercial property and asset management.
- Experience with office, industrial and shopping centre/retail.
- Strong knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Good understanding of commercial leasing and the legal process from Heads of Terms to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisation, reporting and attention to detail.
- Strong maths and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.

You are diligent, hardworking and eager to learn, with the attention to detail to ensure deadlines, lease events and transactions never slip through the cracks. Most importantly, you are someone who gets things done.
