The Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial property business in the Midlands to appoint an ambitious Asset Manager with a strong focus on deals, acquisitions, disposals, and development.
This is a client-side opportunity offering genuine exposure to the full property lifecycle. You'll play a key role in identifying value-add opportunities, driving transactions, supporting development projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an ambitious growth strategy.
If you're currently working in asset management, commercial agency, investment, or development consultancy and are looking to move into a dynamic, high-growth business where you can have real influence, this could be an excellent next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition and disposal opportunities.
- Drive asset management initiatives to enhance value across the portfolio.
- Support development projects from appraisal through to delivery.
- Prepare financial appraisals, feasibility studies, and investment papers.
- Work with external agents, consultants, and legal teams to progress transactions.
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, investors, developers, and professional advisers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic property initiatives.

About You
You'll likely come from one of the following backgrounds:
- Client-side asset management.
- Commercial property agency.
- Investment or capital markets.
- Development consultancy or property advisory.
You'll also bring:
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-making ability.
- Experience of acquisitions, disposals, or asset management activity.
- An understanding of development and value-add strategies.
- Excellent analytical and financial appraisal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the confidence to take ownership.
