Cobalt are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a UK Real Estate Investor Developer on their search for an Asset Manager or Senior Asset Manager to join their team in Central London.
The portfolio is spread across London inside the M25 and comprises of over 100+ assets that are a mixture of offices, retail and industrial.
The role involves working alongside the Head of Asset Management and assisting team members, on value-add Asset Management initiatives for a highly successful London portfolio which continues to grow.

- Involved in supporting and overseeing refurbishments, regears, rent reviews.
- Taking a hands-on approach to the portfolio which also includes interacting and negotiating with tenants and visiting sites.
- Work closely with the Property Managers to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.
- Leading leasing meetings on smaller scale projects.
- Assisting on valuations for all commercial assets in the portfolio once a year.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- MRICS is desirable but not essential.
- At least 4 years of experience in asset Management or lease management with good knowledge of the UK market.
- Commercial property experience is essential with familiarity of the Residential market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Candidate must demonstrate basic analytical capabilities.

Salary between £70,000 - £75,000 DOE + discretionary bonus.
Role is 4 days a week in the office with 1 day WFH after probation.
