About The Role

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of our diverse asset portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, value realization, and compliance with company objectives and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with Boldyn Networks' business goals and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of assets, from acquisition and deployment to maintenance, optimization, and eventual disposal.
  • Conduct regular asset performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate asset registers, databases, and documentation, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, engineering, Delivery, and legal, to support asset-related projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor asset budgets, forecasting operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal company policies.
  • Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with asset ownership and operation, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on asset performance, value, and strategic recommendations for Service and Operations Leadership team.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 55001 standards and maintain accreditation through effective asset management practices, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably within the telecommunications, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic asset management plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in asset management software.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
