An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join a growing organisation on the South Coast.

The business is going through a period of significant growth, creating additional headroom to invest in its asset management capability. This is a newly available opportunity for someone who can bring strong asset management and information management expertise, alongside a good understanding of BIM and ISO 19650.

The role will sit at the intersection of asset management, asset information, BIM and digital data, helping to ensure that asset information is accurate, structured and useful throughout the asset lifecycle.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and improving asset information, supporting asset lifecycle management and ensuring BIM and information management principles are embedded across relevant projects and operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing asset information throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Ensuring asset data is accurate, complete, structured and maintained to the required standards.
  • Applying BIM and ISO 19650 principles to asset information management.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
  • Working with project, design, construction, FM and operational teams to ensure information requirements are delivered.
  • Managing and reviewing asset data and identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Supporting the transition of project information into operational asset management environments.
  • Working with CAFM, IWMS or other asset management systems.
  • Supporting BIM Execution Plans and information management processes.
  • Working within Common Data Environments (CDEs).
  • Improving processes around asset data, information quality and digital asset management.
  • Providing technical guidance to stakeholders on asset information and BIM requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
