Job Description

We need you to ensure the effective delivery of planned maintenance services.

The Role

Working within our Delivery and Assurance Team, you will assist with the development and maintenance of comprehensive contract and asset information to support the effective delivery of planned maintenance services.

You will be responsible for managing the tenant alteration process, making decisions relating to applications and coordinating with various sections and departments to ensure the correct outcomes are achieved. In addition, you will coordinate the Section 20 consultation process, ensuring all relevant projects are consulted on and progressed in line with the correct procedures and regulations.

A key part of the role will involve carrying out monthly financial audits to ensure contractors are paid accurately and on time.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reviewing and verifying work programmes, and ensuring our property-based data management systems accurately reflect completed works.

Alongside managing enquiries, you will liaise with contractors and key stakeholders while undertaking a range of general business support activities to help ensure the smooth running of the service.

About You

Our ideal candidate will bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with an in-depth knowledge of the tenant alteration process and Section 20 regulations.

You will have demonstrable experience in data collection, input, analysis, and interpretation, with working knowledge of MRI Asset, IDOX, and Fast Draft systems.

With a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, you will possess strong written and numerical skills, alongside a good understanding of the technical terminology used within the building maintenance and construction sectors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
