Asset Sales Co-ordinator

Temporary, Full-Time
Hybrid - Boston
£32,634 per year

Are you organised and confident supporting sales processes? Join our Asset Sales Team to provide vital administrative and customer support, working with colleagues, customers and external partners to help progress affordable homeownership sales.

Salary:

£32,634 per year

Contract:

Full time, 12-month fixed term contract (secondment for internals)

Your week:

36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm

Location:

Hybrid – 3 days per week in our Boston office, with occasional travel to other offices as required.

Snapshot of your role

  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Sales Team, including managing inboxes, diaries, post, filing and general correspondence.
  • Support Asset Sales Officers with customer enquiries, applications, sales progression and queries from Estate Agents, Financial Advisors and Solicitors.
  • Prepare legal documents and ensure Leases, Title documents, plans and other sales information are accurate, correctly filed and saved on relevant systems.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to obtain information, raise purchase orders and instructions, and support property handovers, viewings and post-completion tasks.
  • Maintain Dynamics Sales CRM records, sales opportunities, mailing lists and performance reports, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and available for audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Support property advertising and marketing activity, including monitoring websites, uploading properties to relevant platforms, responding to enquiries and completing CORE submissions.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role

  • Experience as a Co-ordinator in a similar environment, with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of the property sales or rental sector, including Affordable Homeownership products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work positively and professionally with customers, colleagues and external partners.
  • A professional and ethical approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, work collaboratively and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Sales CRM systems and Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
