Asset Services Assistant
Pinnacle Group are looking for an Asset Services Assistant to support the effective maintenance and improvement of our property portfolio. As part of the Asset Services team you’ll help deliver services that preserve and enhance the physical condition of our assets. This includes supporting planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle planning and delivery, and the coordination of capital works.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and adaptable administrator with excellent communication and IT skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the efficient delivery of repairs and asset management activities.

Who We’re Looking For

Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Asset Managers, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date asset registers.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure planned and reactive maintenance is completed on time.
- Assist with the delivery of planned compliance testing and remedial works.
- Update asset databases, analyse data to assist with long-term planning.
- Work with the rest of the Asset Management team to deliver an excellent customer service.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in administration and coordination, ideally in the housing sector.
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in MS Office.
- Resilient and positive in a demanding and changing environment, with the capacity to deliver results to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Agile and ability to multi-task, pivot and prioritise tasks.
- Great verbal and written communication skill.
