Job Description
We are recruiting an Asset Servicing Administrator to join our Corporate Actions Processing team. You'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of corporate action events across multiple markets and instruments, working alongside a team of administrators to deliver an excellent service to our customers.
Asset Servicing sits within our Custody function and is made up of three teams: Event Capture, Dividends Processing and Corporate Actions Processing. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure all corporate action events are processed accurately. In this role you'll manage your own workload throughout the day, work closely with colleagues to make sure the team's work is completed, and play a key part in safeguarding client assets and minimising operational risk within a regulated environment
What does the job involve?
- Monitor, capture and process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events
- Interpret and validate information received from custodians, vendors and market announcements
- Ensure entitlements are accurately reflected in client accounts and systems
- Instructing counterparties / custodians
- Reconciling positions at different stages through the event
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks promptly, escalating unresolved items to management
- Processing events to customer accounts
- Notifying customers when events are completed
- Liaise with custodians, brokers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Ensuring that we are adhering with all compliance policies including AML, CASS, and breach reporting

What You'll Have
- Knowledge of the corporate action lifecycle, from announcement to settlement
- Good knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, bonds and funds
- Ability to work in high pressure deadline driven environments
- Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A highly organised and methodical approach to work
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
- The ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative team player who is willing to share knowledge
- Advanced excel skills
