Do you have a passion for data accuracy, problem solving, and making a real impact behind the scenes?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Support Officer to join our Asset Information team and play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our property asset data. Working at the heart of our Asset Management function, you will ensure that information held within our Asset Management System is accurate, reliable, and accessible, helping to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high quality services to our residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for managing and validating asset information, supporting data governance and system improvements, producing meaningful reports and dashboards, and responding to asset-related enquiries from colleagues across the organisation. If you have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you. In return, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to key projects, influence data quality standards, and help shape the future of asset information management within a forward thinking organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
