As our Asset Transformation Lead, you'll be at the heart of this journey, working with colleagues across Assets, Sustainability and Building Safety to deliver lasting change. Using your expertise in asset management and transformation, you'll help ensure new ways of working are embedded successfully and that we continue to deliver safe, compliant and customer-focused services.

What will you be doing?
As our Asset Transformation Lead, you'll help shape how we manage our homes and services for the future. Working with colleagues across Assets, Sustainability and Building Safety, you'll use your expertise to support the delivery of a new asset management solution, helping us make the most of our data, improve the way we work and deliver better outcomes for customers. You'll play a key role in guiding colleagues through change, ensuring new systems and processes are embedded successfully and that the benefits of the transformation are realised across the business.

Some of the key areas you’ll focus on include:
- Acting as the asset management subject matter expert within our transformation programme.
- Supporting the delivery of a new asset management solution and associated ways of working.
- Leading data readiness activities to help ensure high-quality asset information.
- Working with colleagues across the business to prepare for, adopt and embed change.
- Supporting communications, training and business readiness activity.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and customer outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a key link between operational teams and project colleagues.
This is an agile homeworking role, offering flexibility while keeping you connected with colleagues across the organisation. You'll come together with your team and key stakeholders for collaboration, meetings and shared projects whenever the need arises, so some travel to our Leeds workspace and occasionally to other sites across Yorkshire will be required.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who combines strong asset management knowledge with a passion for improvement and change. You'll be comfortable working with complex data, systems and processes, but just as importantly, you'll enjoy building relationships, influencing others and helping colleagues navigate change. If you're someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge the status quo and bring people with you on the journey, we'd love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Experience working in asset management, sustainability, building safety or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of asset management systems and asset data.
- Experience supporting or delivering change, transformation or system implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence and support others through change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues

- Salary: £60,264 per annum (35 hours/week)
- 26 days annual leave (rising to 31 annually) + Bank Holidays
- 18-Months Fixed Term Contract
