Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 7+ years of relevant Product Manager / Product Owner experience, with a proven track record of owning roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes in complex, matrixed environments
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile product teams and associated tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence), including establishing effective product rituals and stakeholder governance
• Must demonstrate exemplary ownership, sound judgment, and an ability to drive alignment and decisions across senior stakeholders, even with competing priorities
• Must be a strong problem solver and strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to produce executive-ready narratives, clear product documentation, and decisive stakeholder communications that drive follow-through
• Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap, including articulating the “why,” “what,” and “how,” and translating strategy into delivery plans and measurable success criteria
• Ability to operate effectively under tight delivery timelines and ambiguity, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health and scalability
• Demonstrates self-motivation suitable for a “start-up” team, strong adaptability, and the capacity to flex during peak delivery periods to meet critical deadlines
• Skilled in leveraging firm-approved AI-assisted productivity and engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and LLM models/assistants) to accelerate product delivery (requirements, analysis, documentation) while adhering to data handling, risk, and usage standards

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Product Manager background in digital platform infrastructure and modernization efforts, preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience of digital client trends, especially in the Wealth Management sector.
• Thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working across digital groups and time zones.
• Advanced degree and technical background preferred
• Experience implementing team-wide AI-assisted delivery practices (templates, workflows, and quality checks) to improve speed while maintaining quality and controls
