Launch your career in global mobility with Amazon's Workforce Solutions - Assignments team!

In this role, you'll provide critical operational support for Amazon's international assignment program — ensuring case files stay current, deadlines are tracked, vendors are followed up with, and case owners have everything they need to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organization, attention to detail, and executing flawlessly across a high volume of parallel activities. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of their work and communicates proactively.

Key job responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to Assignment Managers and Specialists — maintaining case records, processing documentation, managing data entry, and ensuring case files are complete and current at all times
  • Execute vendor and partner team follow-ups — confirming task completion with Relocation, Immigration, Tax, and other providers, chasing pending items, and reporting status back to the case owner
  • Track milestones and deadlines across the case portfolio (visa renewals, lease expirations, tax filing dates, benefits enrollment windows), flagging upcoming actions and at-risk items to case owners in advance
  • Prepare case materials for consultations, offer presentations, and stakeholder meetings — assembling documentation, gathering data, scheduling participants, and coordinating logistics
  • Manage case correspondence — drafting communications, maintaining the shared mailbox, filing case notes, and ensuring all interactions are documented in the case management system
  • Maintain ROI tracking data — entering assignment details, triggering outcome surveys at milestones, and compiling raw data inputs for program-level reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A day in the life

You will start each day reviewing the case portfolio for upcoming deadlines — a visa renewal due next week, a housing lease expiring next month, a tax filing deadline approaching. You'll follow up with vendors to confirm task completion, prepare briefing materials for an Assignment Manager's consultation call, update case records with the latest status, and flag anything at risk to the case owner before it becomes a problem. Your work is the engine that keeps cases moving forward on time and with complete documentation.
