Organisation Assist Trust
Location: Norwich

Contract type: One-year fixed term to begin with. Permanent following 1 year review and as long as funding allows and performance is satisfactory.
Salary: £24,494.06 per annum, pro rata (£12.73 per hour)
Hours: 35 per week, 8.30am to 4pm Monday – Friday. Part-time hours can be considered

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and compassionate people who can support adults with learning disabilities by helping them build their confidence and by treating them respectfully as fellow citizens.
Keyworkers help individuals to put together their own Outcome Plans, so that they can continue to make progress towards their own goals and aspirations – while gradually taking on more responsibility and learning how to manage real life expectations.
