Role Description
The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coventry. In this role, the Assistant will support daily cleaning operations, including general household and office cleaning, deep cleaning tasks, and move-in/move-out services as scheduled.

Responsibilities include:

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
- Organizing spaces
- Assisting with ironing and laundry when required
- Preparing cleaning supplies and equipment
- Following health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a professional, respectful attitude in client properties
- Communicating with the team lead about schedules, special client requests, and any issues identified during service
Qualifications
- Experience with general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Ability to perform deep cleaning activities, such as thorough kitchen and bathroom cleaning and detailed move-in/move-out services
- Basic skills in laundry and ironing, with attention to fabric care and presentation
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow checklists and instructions
- Commitment to safe work practices, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Good communication skills and a respectful, customer-focused approach when working in client homes and offices
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work a consistent full-time schedule on site in Coventry
- Physical ability to stand, move, lift, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as part of daily duties
- Prior experience in professional cleaning or facilities support is beneficial but not required
