What You'll Be Doing
As a Digital Media Executive at Boots, you will play a crucial role in driving our paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube. Your expertise in data analysis and campaign optimisation will directly contribute to our business growth, ensuring that our marketing efforts are both effective and innovative. You will collaborate with a high-performing team, gaining valuable insights and experience in the dynamic world of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across key platforms.
- Manage targeting, creative implementation, budgets, tracking, and quality assurance.
- Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, analysing data to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and creative stakeholders to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Support testing initiatives and continuous improvement across paid social activity.
- Stay updated on platform developments, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
What You'll Need To Have (Our Must-Haves)
- Experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to learning.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience using Smartly.io for campaign management.
- Knowledge of social measurement, attribution, and tracking solutions.
- Familiarity with retail, eCommerce, or agency environments.
- Understanding of wider paid media channels and digital marketing principles.
