Family Office Assistant | Private Family Office

📍 North London | Full-time, office based

I’m looking for a brilliant Family Office Assistant to join a growing private Family Office in North London.

This is definitely not your average assistant role – and it isn’t a glamorous one! We’re looking for someone bright, proactive, adaptable and incredibly organised who genuinely enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into whatever needs doing.

The role is a real mix of family office support, guest relations, concierge, property support and practical day-to-day problem solving.

  • One day you might be researching something for the Principals or coordinating arrangements for guests; the next you could be driving a van across London, filling a vehicle with petrol, collecting purchases, dealing with deliveries or helping clean and organise a building site ahead of contractors arriving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

There is no task too big or too small. You need to be genuinely happy with the hands-on side of the role, rather than someone looking for a traditional desk-based PA/EA position.

We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, naturally resourceful, discreet and always thinking a couple of steps ahead. You’ll need to be comfortable with changing priorities and enjoy being the person who simply makes things happen.

Experience within a private household, luxury hospitality, yachting, chalet, concierge or another high-touch service environment would be particularly interesting.

A few essentials:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident driving cars AND vans in London and on motorways
  • London-based and happy to be on-site full-time
  • Highly organised, discreet and hands-on
  • Comfortable with physical and practical tasks
  • Happy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

This could be a fantastic role for the right person – but you really do need to be someone who leaves their ego at the door and is as happy running an errand or getting their hands dirty as they are dealing with a Principal or guest.
