JOB DESCRIPTION
Contract: Full-time - 12 months FTC
Shift pattern: On-site

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Marketing Assistant (CRM) within the Beauty & Brand Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in delivering targeted, personalised communications for our internal brand partner, No7. Your work will involve creating engaging content across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, and app content, all aimed at inspiring our customers and driving commercial results. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that our marketing efforts resonate with our audience and reflect the values of Boots.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver multi-channel loyalty campaigns to meet Boots and No7 Beauty Company objectives.
- Manage copy and creative direction for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the data team to enhance targeting and optimise campaigns.
- Coordinate team delivery plans, budgets, and reporting.
- Produce clear and concise briefs for internal teams and external agencies.
- Provide flexible support to the Beauty & Brands team as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE (OUR MUST-HAVES)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in marketing, ideally in a 1:1 or digital environment.

- A keen interest in beauty and skincare.
- Experience working with data targeting and reporting.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management.
