Assistant Account Director, Creator Programs
About HYDP
HYDP builds and operates always-on creator programs for brands that take growth and relevance seriously.
We help brands use creators as a primary media channel—moving beyond one-off campaigns to sustained partnerships that drive cultural momentum and measurable business results. Our work spans creator strategy, talent partnerships, content, performance, and the operational systems that make it all scalable.
At HYDP, you’ll work on creator programs designed to last, alongside smart, ambitious teams, and in close partnership with senior brand leaders.
How We Work (Our Values)
- Built to scale: We design systems and programs that allow great ideas to move fast and improve over time.
- Creators as partners: We treat creators as long-term collaborators, not media placements.
- Performance matters: Cultural relevance only counts if it delivers real business results.
- Collective success: We win as a team—with clear ownership and shared accountability.
- Radical clarity: We value direct thinking, honest feedback, and data-backed decisions.
Role Overview
The Assistant Account Director is the senior day-to-day owner of client relationships and always-on creator programs, accountable for strategic direction, delivery excellence, and overall account performance. Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, this role ensures creator partnerships are thoughtfully planned, seamlessly executed, and commercially sound.
The Assistant Account Director oversees accounts end-to-end—setting direction, leading cross-functional teams, managing complexity, and serving as a trusted partner to senior brand stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep fluency in creator ecosystems who can confidently lead strategy, guide performance, and run an account with clarity and rigor. Working closely with the Head of Operations and the CEO, this role helps drive operational efficiency, strengthen client retention, and ensure programs scale effectively while maintaining a high bar for quality and performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
