Role Description
The Assistant Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, the individual supports account teams with day-to-day campaign management, including preparing media plans, assisting with campaign set-up, and tracking performance against client objectives.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating with internal specialists and external partners
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting reporting and presentations for client meetings
- Helping with market research
- Conducting competitive analysis
- Organizing timelines and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly
The role involves regular communication with team members, attention to detail in campaign execution, and proactive support of client service activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to support media planning and campaign coordination, including organizing data, schedules, and deliverables.
- Strong research and analytical skills to assist with market insights, audience understanding, and performance reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to client presentations and internal discussions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation, reporting, and project administration.
- Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software; familiarity with media or marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Interest in media, advertising, or marketing, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally within the industry.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
