Job Summary
rag & bone is looking for an Assistant Account Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our EMEA Wholesale team in London, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA. This role supports the Sales team across administration, showroom operations, and order management, playing a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the Wholesale business, from preparing for market to maintaining showroom standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about supporting the Sales team to drive the rag & bone wholesale business forward.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with order management systems preferred
- Passion for working in the fashion industry
- Prior fashion industry experience preferable
Responsibilities
Admin
- Distribute weekly stock availability reports to all accounts, including agencies
- Prepare and circulate weekly best-seller reports
- Update internal sales tracking systems with weekly sales figures
- Process documentation for re-orders, credit notes, returns, and product swaps
- Cross-check purchase orders against sales order confirmations
- Input orders during market ready for shipment
- Send Order Confirmations to accounts
- Send product barcodes to accounts upon request
- Send carryover product lists at the end of season
- Support the Sales team with additional ad hoc requests, including market appointments and visual merchandising guidelines
Marketing
- Liaise with the marketing team to source imagery and product knowledge materials ahead of collection deliveries
- Create product knowledge books for key accounts ahead of deliveries
- Create buy books once order confirmations have been issued
- Maintain the master contacts list, including store information, account status, and payment terms
- Coordinate press sample send-outs and maintain tracking logs

Showroom Assistance
- Assist the Sales team with preparations for London and Paris markets
- Assist planning for Paris market, prepare to do list
- Book appointments with existing accounts and reach out to prospective new accounts
- Keep market calendar up to date and keep bookings file updated with appointment notes
- Ensure smooth running of the showroom and efficient changeover between appointments, including assisting with model changeovers
- Maintaining general showroom standards
Samples
- Manage sample stock and movements
- Coordinate samples and maintain accurate sample tracking logs
- Prepare commercial invoices for sample send-outs and the Paris market
- Process and remove dropped styles, communicating changes to agencies
- Arranging send outs and collections
Reorders
- Manage the full reorder process, including tracking unmet orders and following up with the operations team on order status
- Keeping up to date on weekly reorder figures
- Drive in-season sales to achieve monthly reorder targets
